i was gonna add a third column with the "what we know about em" but since i am making this post, and i am going to be really frank with you, i know very little about any of these girls. the only one i could claim to know something about is dory ziperstein, and the only thing i can tell you there is that she is last years callahan award winner (mvp of college ultimate) little sister.

so im relying on all of you out in reader land to give us the low down on the ladies (and im sure our more knowledgeable contributors on this subject will chime in as well)

look for a post on the mens acceptances within a few minutes...

Heres some info on the Seattle players and others that Ive heard of...

Elizabeth Arakaki - A junior now at Nathan Hale, really stepped it up last year but still pretty new to the sport.

Kelsey Colpitts - Huge player for her high school team. Great skils with the disc. Played on Seattle's YCC team.

Margaret "Maggie" Fisher - This girl is sweet, shes surprisingly fast, has good throws and great field sense. She'll work hard when she needs to. Played on Seattles YCC team

Emma Fuller - Right now at freshman at UChicago, Emma is sweet, basically. Her puts are money and shes got great disc skills. Played on Seattle's YCC team

Eva Fury - Another player of Seattle's YCC team. A key handler, shes great with the disc. Will be big on the NWS team this year.

Elise Hale-Case - Can you say this chick is money! Shes so good, she'll sky you and out throw you any day of the week. Definately a big player on Seattle's YCC team, got the last D of the game even if a dislocated shoulder did come out of it...

Zina Hurd - Young player, only a sophomore at Nathan Hale but a great defender and has sweet throws if she would just throw them. She also was on Seattle's YCC team.

Drew Johnson - I swear this girl is getting better every day. She's super fast, can put the disc anywhere on the field and will layout D you all in the same point. She was a big player on Seattle's YCC team and is a GREAT candidate for the Worlds team.

Hana Kawai - Now she may not be the most aware kid when it comes to everyday life but put her on the field and she'll get D's all over the place. She's fast, got endurance, and will kick some ass on the field. This is in fact another member of the Seattle YCC team.

Cailey Marsh - Another young player from Seattle's YCC team, only a sophomore (?) she's tearing up the field.

Fiona McKibben - This girl is so chill with the disc, nothing will fluster her. A great handler that was very key in Seattle's success at YCC.

Anna Snyder - A senior at NWS this year and played on the YCC team as well. Great with the disc and a key handler.

Claire Suver - Holy crap this girl is fast! Oh and dont forget about how she can break you any day of the week and perfectly place a huck into the endzone. Her D will tear you apart, she may not have to layout but her shes so fast she'll just run through D yo ASS! Watch out! Without this girl, the team may be lost!

Molly Suver - Can you say perfect layout form? I love this girl, she may have gone through some injuries but once shes back on the field its like she was never gone. Recently transfering the U of O this quarter she will be a HUGE addition for the team and tear up the field.

Alyssa Weatherford - A freshman at Western Washington University, she is turning that team around. She was a HUGE part of Nathan Hale and Seattle Hyaks success this year. Alyssa has sick throws and will hand block you at any chance she gets, so WATCH OUT.

Lucy Wolfe - I dont think I've ever seen a happier kid. A young sophomore outta northwest she's great. Plays hard, is determined and definately brings up the fun level on any team shes with.

Bailey Zahniser - WHOA! This girl is fast, last year was her first playing I believe but once summer rolled around she was playing the rabbit in the 1-3-3 for Seattle Hyak and got SO many D's. Her speed will stump anyone.

Alright...and for the people who ARENT in seattle... (id write more but its like 1230in the morning and im hecksa, yes i said hecksa, tired)

Georgia Bosscher - Was on the team in 2004, she's great.

Vanessa Low - On the team in 2004, WOAH can you say twin but asian? Haha, i love this girl, shes super fast and super awesome.

Amber Sinicrope - A junior at Amherst High and playing for Brutesquad, this chick is SWEET! Either team would be lost without her, she's a solid all around player. She will break you all the time cuz she gets so long on all her throws! Its ridiculous!

Rohre Titcomb - On the team in 2004 also, I dont think I've ever seen a better pull outta a woman. They are sick.

Leila Tunnel - Also on the team in 2004 shes a huge player on her team at paideia.

Dory Ziperstein - A huge asset to the Amherst Team and great contender for the team this year.

okay...im literally about to pass out..but thats a start. Anyone else got information on these ladies or ones I didnt mention? Lets hear about it!
