This could go to the coaches for more developed teams, but for the kids (especially true at schools where the team is less connected to the school)
How do you recruit? How do you ensure that the program continues?
How do you get the funding that is needed to support your teams?
Also this question is directed towards the teams who have obtained school recognition, support, and funding:
How did you address and persuade the school administration to "make official" ultimate? What was the process like?

comparing the different experiences between programs that get by with regular adult support and those without.
furthermore, how do coach-less programs manage? what should such teams do to get that kind of support? is that support necessary to becoming an elite mainstay?
do teams without coaches have an actual long-term vision for their teams, or is their focus just on a year-by-year basis?

what sorts of off-season (winter and summer) work do you do with your team? Is it indoor? Just running? or is it mostly individual?
