Much like the previous post, this one is about the Club Series that is already in full swing. Many locations have already had their sectional level tournaments...
Unfortunately, many HS teams are not able to get themselves up and running before the Club Series starts. All the HS teams in Oregon have only just started practicing this last week with their first week of school.
But, there are a few HS teams who have players with connections in the Club level. I'm curious how many schools have sent players into the Club Series with either an Open, Womens, or Mixed team?

Churchill does not have any of their players on Club teams due to taking their own varsity squad to the Mixed Oregon Sectionals next weekend.
From South Eugene HS:
1. Jacob Janin (Jr) - Hippo (Open Oregon Team)
2. John Bloch (Sr) - Plan B "aka Darkstar" (Mixed Oregon Team)
3. Claire Powers (Sr) - Plan B "aka Darkstar" (Mixed Oregon Team)
Andrew Lunetta from Needham plays on WMD, a decent mixed team from Boston.
George Stubbs and Grant Lindsley from Paideia play on Chain Lightening, which is just rediculous.
A bunch more players that just graduated from high school play on big time club teams, but i cant think of any other players still in high school than play on power house teams.
Amber Sinicrope (Amherst)- Brute Squad
I thought I knew a lot more, but they all graduated. Oh well...
Some hopkins players play for Dingwop
some past hopkins players/coaches are playing for dingwop i dont think that there are any new ones
Alex Evangeildes Playes for Haymaker
Biz Silverstein, played for Mr. Briefcase, now plays for Optimous Lime
First day of play... and Churchill didn't do as well as we wanted. We ended up lossing two games that could have gone our way. early season gitters and working out both our Ho-stack and Zone-O.
More tomorrow...
