This weekend the British Columbia's juniors mixed team 'Vortex' who will be attending this years Canadian National Championship traveled about 350 miles to play against the best Eugene junior players we could muster together...
In the end:
10:00am - South Eugene vs. Vortex - [15-14]
12:00pm - Churchill vs. Vortex - [15-10]
2:00pm - OR AllStars vs. Vortex - [11-3]

Vortex is going to get stomped. They lost to the BC provincial team 16-4 at regionals, they are not a high caliber talent team. Have fun Oregon.
hey, don't count them out. They've been working together for the last few weeks whereas the oregon boys and girls haven't played in nearly 2 months...
regardless, it will be a ton of fun.
I'm excited. But we are all out of shape.
well, regardles... South gets the first crack at Vortex.
South beat Vortex on universe point.
Churchill beat Vortex 15-10
Then we had a Eugene All Star team play them and the score was 11-4 or 3 I think.
again, our hats are off to the canadians who came so far to play just 3 games! well done, and keep the breaks up.
